Customers stay in control
You choose how much to load for the items your Kandoer will buy. That spend is there for the errand — not a blank cheque.
Errands
When a job needs a shop run, customers can load a dedicated virtual card for their Kandoer. You get clear spend for the errand — no awkward out-of-pocket lifts or messy reimbursements.

Kandoers (workers) who take errand-style jobs can pay in-store or online with a Kando-issued virtual card, topped up by the customer for that job. Funds are tied to the job — so everyone stays aligned on what the shop run is for.

No need to pay upfront and chase repayment. The card is ready for the shop or pickup you accepted, so local shopping stays quick and predictable.
Whether it is groceries, hardware, or a click-and-collect, a dedicated card keeps the job moving — from list to doorstep or handover.
Issuing and spend rules follow our payment partner and regulatory requirements; job flows and limits are enforced in-product. For full terms, see the Legal hub.
